Deep Cleaning for Non-Occupied Home

General Cleaning

  • Dust any built-in shelves.  
  • Clean out all corners for cobwebs. 
  • Vacuum all floors, carpets, and stairs.
  • Mop all hard floors with Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner. 
  • Clean glass surfaces. 
  • Thorough wash of all baseboards.
  • Dust and clean grime from all ceiling fans within 9’.
  • Spot clean interior side of windows within 9’.
  • Wipe down all blinds.
  • Wipe down light switch plates.

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Dust and disinfect all surfaces. 
  • Dust light fixtures and décor. 
  • Clean and disinfect shower, bathtub, and sinks (inside and out). 
  • Remove hard water spots from glass shower doors.
  • Clean and disinfect toilet bowl, seat, lid, tank, flush handle, and base. 
  • Clean and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile. 
  • Remove hair from bathtub drain.
  • Wipe down cabinet fronts.
  • Clean inside all drawers and cabinets

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Wipe down cabinet fronts.
  • Wipe down stovetop, including gas stove grates. 
  • Clean inside ovens.
  • Clean microwave inside and out, including turntable.
  • Clean inside refrigerator and freezer.
  • Clean and dry all appliance surfaces. 
  • Shine stainless steel appliances. 
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen sink. 
  • Wipe down backsplash.

For move-out cleans, any personal items left in drawers, cabinets, closets, refrigerators, freezers etc., will be removed and trashed. If such items have to be removed, an additional fee will be added to your invoice.
